Video: Pontotoc Aldermen to Take Public Comments Regarding Alcohol Sales

PONTOTOC, Miss. (WCBI) — Pontotoc residents who want to have a say in how the city shapes rules for the sale of beer and alcohol in the city will get another chance Tuesday night.

Aldermen will take public comments during their regular board meeting 6 p.m. Tuesday night. The meeting is planned for the Pontotoc Community House.

Last month, residents approved the sale of beer and light wine, and narrowly approved the sale of liquor.

City leaders have been gathering input from other cities and the public as part of the process of developing a plan.
