“Miss Precious is an employee that emulates the pretty much the mission and values of the whole Baptist organization. Preaching, teaching, and healing,” said Alicia Grant/Hospital Assistant Administrator.

With a pleasant greeting on her lips for everyone she meets, Precious Holdiness has seen a lot of progressive and modern changes in health care at the hospital over the period of her tenure. Still feeling a need to be of service to her fellowman, her involvement with people has only just begun.

“First of all I want to rest awhile, but OI want to really probably after the first of the year, probably think about going to the various nursing homes. Where people need you,” said Precious.

So, the bar is set high in the lobby of Baptist Outpatient Pavilion, as the lady with the permanent smile on her face makes a gracious exit after having a tremendous impact on so many lives.

“But its been some beautiful years. Everything has been gorgeous,” said Precious Holdiness.

“I hope she comes back and visits very often and she’ll be remembered by all, in teaching and training our employees on service behavior,” said Alicia Grant.
