STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Starkville parents will have a little more flexibility when picking clothes for their kids to wear to school next Fall. Starting this fall, students can wear Starkville school district T-shirts any school day as part of their school uniform. T-shirts had only been allowed on Fridays. The school board also changed the start times at all five schools to allow individual transportation routes for each school. And finally, under a new grading policy, a 69 or below will be considered failing in grades K through 8 and a 65 will be failing for grades 9 through 12.
