COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — A Starkville teen will spend 20 years in prison for a deadly shooting inside the Crossroads Lounge. 18 year-old Ronagal Outlaw was sentenced this morning in Lowndes County Circuit Court. Outlaw shot 23 year-old Trumain Macon last Valentine’s Day at the club near the Lowndes-Oktibbeha County line. Prosecutors agreed to a second degree murder charge because of Outlaw’s age and lack of clear intent.
