FULTON, Miss. (WCBI) -One of North Mississippi’s veteran job recruiters is recognized by a national consulting group. Randy Kelley, the executive director of Three Rivers Planning and Development District, is among North America’s top 50 economic developers for 2015… That according to Michigan-based Consultant Connect.

The agency links developers and site consultants and took nominations by their colleagues to build this year’s list.

Kelley joined Three Rivers in 1976 and credits his success to the partnerships among the local governments, the state and T-V-A.
