TISHOMINGO, Miss. (WCBI) — Beer sales have been legal in Tishomingo County less than a year, and now more changes are coming to the alcohol laws there.

Tishomingo County supervisors have approved Sunday beer sales at stores located out in the county.

Under the change, beer can be sold from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.

The date for the change will be set in about three weeks.

Each individual city which has beer sales is not automatically affected. Their respective boards will have to hold a separate vote on allowing Sunday sales.

Only stores in unincorporated areas are impacted by the supervisor vote.
