Video: Tupelo BancorpSouth Welcomes New President

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — BancorpSouth is reaching into its own ranks to find its new president.

Chris Bagley will be taking over as chief operating officer in August.

Bagley joined the Tupelo-based banking system earlier this year as executive vice president.

Prior to that, Bagley had three decades of banking experience in Texas.

Bagley is taking over for Jim Kelly, who is retiring after 14 years with BancorpSouth.
