Video: Tupelo Rotarians Make Generous donation to Boys and Girls Clubs

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – The Boys and Girls Clubs of North Mississippi gets a financial boost from a civic group. The Tupelo Rotary Club presented a $4,000.00 check to the Boys and Girls Clubs during group’s regular luncheon.

Half of the money came from the Tupelo Rotary Club, the other half was from the Rotary’s District club. The funds will help the Boys and Girls Clubs carry out its mission throughout the year.

“The Boys and Girls Clubs are trying to inspire all youth to realize their full potential and to be contributing members of our community and through these generous donations, we can do just that, we are changing lives everyday in Tupelo and in North Mississippi.”

Goodwin is also president of the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Mississippi. Several members who have made exceptionally good grades were able to attend the luncheon.
