Video: UM Food Bank to Provide Food, Water to Faculty, Staff, Students

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) — Sometimes people are in need when least expected. That’s why the University of Mississippi Food Bank is open during the holiday break.

Volunteers will be on hand to serve Ole Miss employees and students.

Organizers say canned food and cereals are available, along with some frozen items. Hygiene products and bottled water will also be available.

The food bank is open to faculty, staff and students, regardless of income. The food bank is located in room 213 of Kinard Hall.

Now in its third year, the Ole Miss Food Bank runs off of community donations.
