Video: Walker Family Community Thanksgiving Serves up Hot Thanksgiving Dinner

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) — In Aberdeen this afternoon, the Walker Family Community Thanksgiving was hosted at the Aberdeen Housing Authority.

The group served a Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings to hungry residents.

The recreation room was turned into a dining hall, where individuals walked in to enjoy a hot lunch.

Volunteers, who said they were thankful for the opportunity to give back, also delivered more than 100 meals to the elderly, sick and shut-in.
