Video: Water Valley School Board Mulls School Uniforms

WATER VALLEY, Miss. (WCBI) — School uniforms always spark debate.

Now, the Water Valley school board wants to hear from parents about the issue.

Board members say a survey will ask about uniforms for a variety of age groups and for all students.

The decision came after some questions from the public.

Six years ago, a previous board did a study and decided against uniforms.

Current Board Chairman Lamar Burgess says he’d like a decision before the end of the current school year.
