Video: Winona Man Wanted for Mother’s Homicide Found Dead

WINONA, Miss. (WCBI) — The man reportedly wanted for questioning in his mother’s homicide in Winona is dead.

Deputy Montgomery County Coroner James Waggoner confirms 32-year-old Timothy Burress Jr. is dead. His body has been sent to Jackson for an autopsy.

55-year-old Cheryl Burress was found dead in her home this past weekend.

The Winona Times reports Timothy Burress Jr.’s girlfriend, Amanda Grant, was arrested in connection with the case.
