WINONA, Miss. (WCBI)-Less than a month after buying the building, Winona officials are planning to move into a new city hall. City officials say they could move into the former First Bank and Trust Building on Summitt Street as early as January 18th. The city issued $200,000 in bonds last month to buy the 5,200 square foot building to turn it into a new city hall. City workers say they are excited about having more space to provide more services to taxpayers. The building’s drive through will remain open for water bill and tax payments.
