Skies will be clear during the night but some patchy fog can’t be ruled out around sunrise. Lows should dip back into the upper 30s.
Mostly sunny and mild conditions will stick around for our “hump day”. Plan on afternoon temperatures right around 70… that’s about 15 degrees above average for this time of year. Breezy southerly winds between 10 and 15 mph will develop during the day.
A quick moving line of storms is expected to march from west to east across our area Thursday morning. Severe weather is possible and the greatest threat looks to be damaging wind gusts in excess of 60 mph. We’ll continue to monitor the situation. Windy, cool, and sunny weather will return for the afternoon hours.
Seasonable temperatures remain a good bet for Friday and the weekend. Early next week, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, may be potentially wet and stormy. Stay tuned…
