We enjoyed a comfortable start to our Tuesday and much the same can be expected on Wednesday. Humidity levels will be increasing later on in the work week which means those summer “muggies” are coming back. Ugh, right? New information suggests that a cold front may stir up a few showers and storms during the 2nd half of the holiday weekend. It’s not a sure bet just yet but we’ll be keeping an eye on things to see how it all shakes out. Here is the latest First Alert Forecast:
Tonight: Clear skies, light wind, comfortable conditions are expected. Lows will be in the the low to mid 60s.
Wednesday: Skies will be mostly sunny, the wind will be light, and highs will be in the low 90s.
Wednesday Night: Clear skies continue but it won’t be as cool. Lows will be in the mid to upper 60s.
Thursday & Friday: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies should be the rule. High temperatures will likely top out in the mid 90s but the humidity will make it feel even warmer.
Holiday Weekend: There will be a slight chance for a storm on Saturday but the odds will be higher on Sunday and Monday assuming a cold front approaches our area. Highs will be in the 90s and lows will be in the 70s.
