Happy Saturday! There is still the risk of a few showers and storms today, mainly south and east of the Golden Triangle. I think most spots will remain dry and variably cloudy. Afternoon highs in the mid 70s can be expected.
A northerly breeze will allow much cooler and drier air to settle back into the area for Sunday and Monday. Highs will be in the low to mid 70s both days and low temperatures should fall back into the 40s. This will be well below average for this time of year but I’m sure most of you will enjoy the pleasant conditions.
I think we’ll moderate back into the low to mid 80s by the middle of next week on the heels of light southerly breezes. A few showers and storms will be possible again but Thursday and Friday.
