West Point Man Sentenced to 7 Years in MDOC for 2013 Drive-By Shooting

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) — A West Point man is looking at seven years behind bars for a drive-by shooting incident.

22-year-old Charles Saul Jr. pleaded guilty Friday to the June 2013 drive-by shooting, when he fired on two occupied vehicles.

No injuries were reported in the shooting.

Saul was sentenced to 15 years in MDOC with eight suspended. Upon release, Saul was serve an additional five years of post-release supervision.
