WEST POINT, Miss. (Press Release) — The West Point Police Department is seeking a woman they say is wanted by multiple agencies for a myriad of crimes.

Rasheda Wilson, 23, has managed to elude enforcement officers since the latter part of last year. Her last known address is 515 Dunlap Road.

According to West Point Police Chief Tim Brinkley, “Five bench warrants have been issued for her immediate arrest and there are also other outstanding warrants. We have received numerous requests from other agencies that are holding warrants and asking us to pick her up. In addition to West Point, Wilson is wanted by Clay County, Oktibbeha County and the City of Columbus. We don’t believe her to be armed or dangerous, but we advise officers to use caution.”

She is currently facing a lot of Contempt of Court charges throughout the Golden Triangle area. Because she has failed to appear on almost every charge; no hearing has ever been conducted.

Anyone found to harboring a person that is sought by authorities for criminal acts are subject to arrest as well.

Brinkley said his department plans to prosecute anyone aiding or harboring her in her attempt to elude capture to the fullest extent of the law.

“It not uncommon for suspects to evade capture and have warrants issues but for a person to have this many is of particular concern and she needs to be brought to justice,” Brinkley said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Golden Triangle Crime Stoppers at 1-888-827-4637 or the West Point Police Department at (662) 494-1244. Information leading to her arrest could be worth a reward of up to $1,000.
