Whit Casey Reinstated as District Five Representative

CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)-The Calhoun County School Board voted 3 to 1 Monday (2-11-13) night to allow Whit Casey to rejoin the board as the district five representative at a “special-called” meeting.

Casey resigned from the board in December citing “personal reasons.”

The board considered appointing Laura Clark to finish Casey’s remaining two years but halted after determining she lived outside newly drawn district lines the board was voting to adopt that same night.
