WINONA, Miss. (WCBI) — Winona’s plans to start moving into a new city hall have hit a hiccup.
Workers had planned to start moving Friday from the old city hall to new offices on Summit Street in the old first Bank and Trust building.
But some delays in the renovations mean it’ll probably be at least the end of the first week in February before the move.
The city bought the building in December for $231,000.
