Winston Deputies Identify Auto Theft Suspect

WINSTON COUNTY, Miss. – (WCBI)He headed northwest on a road trip.Winston County deputies say, unfortunately, he took a truck that doesn’t belong to him.

Chief Deputy Keith Alexander says deputies were called to a home off of Highway 15 North, between Ackerman and Louisville around 10:30 a.m Tuesday.The resident was at home. She said she heard a loud noise and looked out of the window, only to see her 2003 Dodge Ram speeding out of the yard. The four door vehicle is red in color, and the tag number is W-N-5-1-2-4.

Alexander says they believe 44-year old John Michael Jackson of Choctaw County is behind the wheel.
