Hot Conditions Continue

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – High temperatures are sticking in the 90’s as our upper-level pattern continues to stay locked in.

TUESDAY NIGHT: A calm night with temperatures dropping into the low-70’s. Winds will continue to be breezy out of the southeast.

WEDNESDAY: Another hot day with temperatures climbing into the mid-90’s by the afternoon hours. Heat index values will top out around 100 degrees – making for another muggy day. Most of us will stay dry, although an isolated shower is possible.

THURSDAY: Warming back up into the upper-90’s by Thursday afternoon, with heat index values in the triple digits. A few isolated showers and storms are possible Thursday afternoon and evening.
