At 639 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Iuka, moving north at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Bacon Springs, Iuka, Hazard Switch, Damon, Doskie, J P Coleman State
Park, Pineflat, Blythe Crossing, Winn Springs, and Red Sulphur
Springs.
