Two lottery players win $50,000 according to Mississippi Lottery Corporation
MISSISSIPPI (WCBI) – Two Mississippi Lottery players got a little more change in their pockets to help with these rising gas prices.
According to the Mississippi Lottery Corporation, two people won $50,000 just days apart.
The first winner secured a winning ticket purchased at a Sprint Mart in Fulton.
The player matched four out of five white balls plus the Powerball in the Double Play Drawing.
Then, on Monday, a second player scored 50k by matching four out of five white balls with a Powerball ticket purchased at a Circle-K in Southaven.
With no jackpot winner, however, the estimated Powerball jackpot has grown to an $194 million with an $87.1 million cash value.
The next drawing will be tomorrow, April 1.
