Early Look At Summer Temperatures!

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI)- Toasty start for Monday and Tuesday! Widespread rain and storm chances throughout this week as well.

TODAY: The heat really turns up starting today as we are expected to reach around 89 for most of the area this afternoon with a mix of sun and clouds. It will also be the driest day of the week  so make sure to enjoy the outdoors today! 

TONIGHT: Cloud cover will continue to build into the area overnight. Lows will stay warm, only dropping down into the upper 60s.

TOMORROW: The morning should remain dry but as we head into the afternoon hours a few isolated storms will be possible especially for areas west along I-55. Storm coverage will become more widespread overnight as a cold front begins to push in from the west. Afternoon temperatures are expected to be 90 on Tuesday!
