Warm and Muggy Week Ahead

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Temperatures in the 80’s and rain chances every day are making for a warm and muggy week.

TODAY – Showers starting this morning and ramping up into the afternoon with coverage and intensity. Heavier showers will stay towards the southeast of our coverage area. Temperatures will rise into the low 80’s this afternoon.

TOMORROW – Tomorrow will be a rinse and repeat version of today. Similar rain chances and the afternoon also in the low 80’s.

REST OF WEEK – Scattered rain chances vary throughout the week this week, becoming isolated by Sunday. Thursday will be the warmest day this week with temps reaching the upper 80’s. Scattered rain chances plus temps ranging in the 80’s all week will make for a warm and muggy week.
