Rick’s Café and the Del Rendon Foundation to host fundraiser for Officer Colby Huffman
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – The community is coming together to support a Starkville Police Officer who was seriously injured on the job.
Rick’s Café and the Del Rendon Foundation are hosting a fundraiser for Officer Colby Huffman.
Huffman was injured while working a funeral escort when his bike and another vehicle collided.
Since the crash, Huffman has had ongoing medical and travel expenses.
That’s why Rick’s and the Del Rendon Foundation are inviting the community to enjoy local live music.
This Saturday, July 17, at 5:00 pm, attendees can enjoy pulled pork and tunes from Lee Battle, Hard Luck Trio, and JD and The Muddy River Band.
All proceeds will go towards Huffman and his family.
The night will wrap up at 9:00 pm.
