Steel Dynamics announces leadership changes for 2027
LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Although there are four months still left in the year, Steel Dynamics is looking ahead to 2027.
The company announced leadership changes for the new year.
Effective January 1, Theresa Wagler will become President and Chief Executive Officer.
According to a press release, Wagler will succeed Mark Millett as he transitions to Executive Chairman of the Board after retiring as CEO.
Wagler has been a part of Steel Dynamics for almost three decades, serving in various roles for the company.
She is cited to have served as Executive Vice President and CFO since 2007.
