The 80’s Are Here!
COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – After a passing cold front, temps have finally gotten out of the 90’s and into the 80’s for the afternoon highs!
TONIGHT – Tonight the lows will cool all the way into the mid-60’s for the first time since early June. Low temps plus drier air will make a comfortable evening to be outdoors.
TOMORROW AND FRIDAY – Thursday will continue the cool down with temps staying in the upper 80’s and isolated chances for rain. Friday will feel much the same, but will have lots more sunshine. Friday night will be great weather for high school football games as temps stay cool in the low 60’s with clear conditions.
THIS WEEKEND – While Ole Miss is at Florida playing the Gators this Saturday, Mississippi State will be hosting the Mizzou Tigers in Starkville. This home game will have much better weather than the last one against ULM! The afternoon will warm into the upper 80’s with much more tolerable feels-like temps and plenty of sunshine. Sunday does begin to inch into the low 90’s and more isolated rain is possible.
