Dry and Sunny Start to the Week

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) — After a pretty comfortable weekend, these dry, pleasant conditions will be sticking around for at least a couple more days.

MONDAY: The high temperature today will be around 87°, with conditions being a few degrees cooler in our northern counties. Dew point values are very low across our area today though, sticking anywhere from the 40s down into the high 20s as we get through the day today. Consequently, the air will feel very dry outside today. We will have clear and sunny skies all day long, with north-northeasterly winds at 5 mph.

MONDAY NIGHT: Skies will remain clear overnight. The low temperature will be 57°, which is a few degrees below average! North-northeasterly winds at 5 mph will be calm later in the night.

TUESDAY: Tomorrow’s high temperature will be 89°. Dry conditions will continue into tomorrow, with lots of sunshine and clear skies. Winds will be calm through the day.
