More information has been released about the six vehicles stolen from a Kosciusko dealership

NORTH MISSISSIPPI (WCBI) – We’re learning more about the men accused of stealing six vehicles from a Kosciusko dealership.

Law enforcement believes they started their night in Amory.

On the night of September 19th, a group of people broke into a dealership and tried to take some cars but were unsuccessful.

A few hours later the Kosciusko business was hit.

Amory police say video surveillance shows the same men were involved in both crimes.

Johnny Carter and Teon Garrett were arrested in two different counties after a pursuit that started in Choctaw County.

Choctaw Regional Medical Center employees called the sheriff’s department about four suspicious vehicles that pulled into the hospital parking lot.

As deputies and Ackerman police investigated, it turned into a high-speed chase that ended in Lowndes County.

Investigators are not sure how widespread this theft ring is but believe it stretches far beyond Kosciusko.

Law enforcement is still searching for at least two more suspects.

Four of the six vehicles stolen from a Kosciusko dealership have been recovered.

The FBI is also assisting in the investigation.
