Missouri man extradited to Monroe County to face Molestation charge

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Missouri man is in the Monroe County Jail facing chiled molestation charges.

Thomas Hendricks was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in September, after the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office secured an arrest warrant.

Hendricks was indicted on a charge of Molestation of a Minor by the Monroe County Grand Jury in July.

The charges stem from an investigation that began in April when a young woman came to investigators with allegations of abuse that happened when she was in her early teens and Hendricks lived in Monroe County.

The investigation is still open.

Hendricks’ bond has been set at $25,000
