Muggy Week Ahead

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – We are going to be feeling hot and muggy this week, with isolated chances for rain and storms.

MONDAY: A few showers are possible in the late morning hours, followed by the potential for a few storms this afternoon. Temperatures will climb into the upper-80’s this afternoon.

TUESDAY: Warming up! High temperatures will be in the low-90’s, with heat index values close to 100 degrees likely in the afternoon for many of us. Stay hydrated and limit time outdoors. A few isolated showers and storms are possible during the afternoon hours.

WEDNESDAY: Similar to Tuesday. Afternoon temperatures will again be in the low-90’s, with even warmer feels like temperatures. Isolated rain and storms are possible Wednesday afternoon.
