One person dead after crash in Lowndes County

LOWNDES County, Miss. (WCBI) – One person is dead after a truck crash in northern Lowndes County Thursday evening.

The one-vehicle accident happened on Wright Road, just off Wolfe Road, after 7 p.m.

No information has been released about how the crash occurred.

The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the account.
