Rain Ends Saturday Night, Drying Out Next Week

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Low pressure and a slow-moving boundary will finally begin to scoot away overnight, bringing an end to the rain and allowing us to dry out for the next several days.

TONIGHT: Cool and cloudy. Our northern communities will dip into the upper 40s. Low 50s for our southern communities. A few pockets of drizzle will linger overnight, but overall, we’ll gradually start to dry out.

NEXT WEEK: Sunny and dry for most of the week. Mornings will be cold with temperatures in the 30s. Thursday morning looks like the coldest with temperatures likely dropping to near freezing! Clouds increase later in the week ahead of our next system on Saturday/Sunday, bringing the chance for rain and storms over the weekend.
