Slight Relief Soon

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – After a hot week in the upper 90’s, temporary relief is on the horizon.

TONIGHT – This Sunday night will be nice and calm with temps reaching the low 70’s. Outside is still feeling a little less humid, but that trend will end soon.

TOMORROW – To start off the work week, a front will move in during the day which will drop temps into the low 90’s. While this front moves through, showers and storms will develop early by the Delta and make its way to the NE corner. By the time it gets here, most showers will become pretty isolated.

THIS WEEK – The low 90’s will hang around for the first few days before another warm up comes in mid-week. With that warm up, chances for rain Wednesday and Thursday are very likely for most of the viewing area.
