Warm and Sunny Sunday

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – A big ridge of high pressure will keep us warm and dry going into next week.

TONIGHT: Chilly! After a warm day, temperatures will drop down into the low 40s tonight. Definitely bring a jacket if you have Saturday night plans. Oh, and don’t forget to set your clocks back!

SUNDAY: Sunny and warm. Sunrise is at 6:15 am. Temperatures will reach the mid- to upper 70s with lots of sunshine on Sunday afternoon. Sunset is at 4:58 pm.

MONDAY: Chilly morning, then warm and sunny in the afternoon. We’ll make a run at 80° on Monday afternoon! If you like this kind of weather, make some plans to get outside!

REST OF NEXT WEEK: Warm and sunny weather continues on Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the low 80s. Our next cold front will move closer on Thursday, bringing some extra clouds and the chance for rain. Showers are likely at times on Thursday and Friday as the front moves through. Cooler air arrives behind the front with highs in the 60s over the weekend.
