Warming Trend Continues Into The Weekend
COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Temperatures are steadily increasing! Clear skies and lots of sunshine allows our temperatures to warm up into the upper 60s for this afternoon. Skies remain mostly clear through the overnight hours, which will allow our lows to drop back down into the lower 40s. We have a beautiful weekend in store with warmer temperatures and more sunshine! Temperatures continue to increase with highs back into the 80s next week!
TODAY/TONIGHT – Temperatures continue on a warming trending heading into your Friday! We will be slightly warmer today than we were yesterday with highs in the upper 60s! Skies remain mostly clear with plenty of sunshine due to a high pressure system. Heading into the overnight hours, things remain calm with clear skies allowing our temperatures to quickly drop back into the 40s, so be sure to bundle up if you have any Friday night plans!
TOMORROW – We have another beautiful and comfortable weekend in store with mostly sunny skies! It will be warmer for your Saturday and Sunday with highs in the mid 70s! Overnight lows for Saturday will be in the lower 40s and lower 50s for Sunday.
NEXT WEEK – Things remain clear and dry as we look ahead to our next work week, but temperatures will continue to warm up. Highs will climb back into the 80s by Tuesday next week!
