Weather trick for Halloween

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Last few dry hours in our forecast before rain picks up for our Hallo-weekend.

THURSDAY NIGHT: Mostly calm conditions tonight. Clouds will slowly be building into the end of our week. Low temperatures will fall into the upper 40s/lower 50s.

FRIDAY: About the same as the past few days, just with extra clouds across our sky. Conditions are overall expected to be dry. High temperatures will be back in the lower 80s for the afternoon. This will be a nice Fall night for football games or Truck-or-Treats across the area. And may be the best out of the whole weekend. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 50s, comfortable.

HALLO-WEEKEND: Looking towards a dry Halloween MONRING, but by the late afternoon and evening rain chances will begin picking up across NE MS and western AL. Parents may want to consider clear ponchos to put over the costumes of the little ones. Rain chances will carry through Sunday as well. High temperatures will be in the 70s both days, with lows in the lower 60s.
