Pontotoc Fatal Under Investigation

SHERMAN, Miss. (WCBI)- The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a one vehicle accident in Pontotoc County, that claimed the life of a resident. Troopers responded to MS 9, near Sherman, at approximately 10:16 P.M., Thursday night. Upon arriving it appeared that Letisha Warren, 34, of Pontotoc , was walking in the roadway when she was hit by a Ford Mustang.   Warren died at the scene from her injuries. County Liable for Damages After Woman Jailed For 96 Days
