Bonds revoked for 2 charged in death of former Mississippi football player

RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – According to CBS affiliate WJTV, two of the suspects, who were charged in connection with the death of a former Mississippi football player, appeared in court on June 23, 2026.

During their court appearance, Semiko Crump and Ladarious Harrison’s bonds were revoked.

The shooting occurred at a home in the 100 block of Adams Road in northern Rankin County around 6:00 pm on June 5, 2026.

Rankin County Sheriff Bryan Bailey said the victim, Idarrious Iantron Bowie, of Lena, was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died. Bowie was a graduate of Morton High School and played collegiate football at Ole Miss and Jackson State University.

The sheriff said witnesses reported seeing a small gray passenger car leaving the scene with multiple occupants. Deputies recovered one firearm as part of the investigation.

Harrison, Dominick Sanabria, Crump, Kaylee Trimble, and Michael Mitchell were previously arrested in connection with the case and pleaded not guilty to the charges against them. Investigators said Harrison and Sanabria were both charged with murder, while Crump, Trimble, and Mitchell were charged with accessory after the fact of murder.

Kristen O’Brien Ragsdale was also arrested in connection with the case. He was charged with hindering prosecution.
