Booneville man arrested on multiple charges after checkpoint in Prentiss Co.

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) -A Booneville man was arrested after Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department deputies conducted a checkpoint.

According to the department, 46-year-old Maurice Miller was arrested for a suspended driver’s license and a municipal warrant.

Maurice was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Bond was set at $5000.

The case will be presented to the next Grand Jury.
