Cold mornings to nice afternoons

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Conditions this week are overall calm. Temperatures are going to remain mild, in the lower 60s. Heavier cloud coverage does not fill back in until the end of the week, ahead of the light weekend rain chance.

TUESDAY NIGHT: Another mostly clear night will have temperatures falling. Overnight low temperatures will drop close to freezing again, with some cities getting close to the upper 20s.

WEDNESDAY: Middle of the week is expected to be nice! High temperatures will be relatively mild, in the lower 60s. Sky conditions will remain mostly clear and dry. Low temperatures will be just slightly warmer in the middle 30s.

THURSDAY: Copy and Paste! There will not be much of a difference from Wednesday’s forecast. High temperatures will be back in the lower 60s. Sky will continue to be mostly clear and conditions remain dry. Low temperatures will return to the middle 30s Thursday night/Friday morning.

FRIDAY: A few changes will be possible for the end of our week, but nothing too drastic. High temperatures maintain in the lower 60s. Clouds will begin to fill in and across Mississippi, with additional moisture filling in. Low temperatures will be slightly warmer, thanks to the increased cloud coverage, dropping into the lower 40s. So still chilly!
