Man missing for ten months still has not been found
LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss (WCBI) The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office still needs your help in finding a missing man.
Thursday, May 29, marked ten months since Derek Gray went missing in Steens.
Gray was last seen on July 29, 2024, in the Yellow Creek area of Steens, Mississippi.
Gray and his girlfriend had been living in the area at the time.
She contacted the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and stated that there was a disturbance between herself and Gray.
She was taken and treated for medical treatment, and investigators began looking for Gray.
During their search, they found several of his belongings in a wooded area, but they were unable to locate him.
On August 8, 2024, Gray’s family reported him missing.
