More heat this week

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI)- Looks like many will be out of the triple digits, but conditions will be staying hot!

TUESDAY NIGHT: Warm and mild tonight. Temperatures will drop there way into the middle 70s overnight. Conditions will overall be quiet and tolerable.

WEDNESDAY: Another hot day, with another HEAT ADVISORY. The heat advisory will be in place from 11a-9p. Afternoon high temperatures will be back near the upper 90s, heat index value pushing close to 110. Lots of sun and a few passing clouds. Very isolated chances for rain Wednesday. There will be some air movement from the NNW at about 5MPH. Lows will return to the middle 70s.

THURSDAY: Middle to upper 90s will be expected, with a few extra clouds in the sky. There will be an isolated to scattered rain chance through the afternoon and early evening. Overnight lows maintain in the middle 70s.
