Puppy Mill Located In Tupelo

(TUPELO, Ms) WCBI – A Tupelo woman is charged with animal cruelty after police discover a suspected puppy mill.

Officers and Tupelo Lee Humane society workers searched a home at 917 Terry Road and found approximately 50 dogs of various breeds inside. The dog owner Phyllis Wigginton agreed to surrender the animals to the humane society.
