Tupelo Authorities, Crime Stoppers Seek Public’s Assistance in Burglary Case
TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — Tupelo authorities are tracking down information regarding a June Walmart purchase with a stolen credit card.
At about 5:18 a.m. June 23, according to a press release provided by the Tupelo Police Department, an unknown male allegedly purchased several items with a stolen credit card. Per the release, the credit card was stolen in an auto burglary, but it is unknown when or where the incident occurred.
The items allegedly stolen by the man June 23 are unknown.
According to the release, Walmart surveillance footage managed to capture the man exiting the store parking lot in a “dark-colored” Chevrolet Avalanche.
Anyone with information on this case is requested to contact the Tupelo Police Department or Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi.
