Couple arrested in Tennessee accused of Grand Larceny

HARDIN COUNTY, Tennessee (WCBI)- A Tennessee Sheriff’s Department helps nab a couple accused of stealing a truck from Ershings Inc. in Iuka earlier this month.

Jarod Johnson, 37, and Peggy Johnson, investigators say, admitted to several crimes at the Tri-State Industrial Park.

Ershings Inc. is a fiberglass and plastics company in Tishomingo County.

The vehicle was reported missing on June 11th.

Employees told investigators they saw the missing vehicle drive by that day.

The vehicle was followed up to Tennessee when Hardin County, Tennessee Deputies soon apprehended the two.

Jarod Johnson is facing Burglary and Grand Larceny charges.

It’s unclear if Peggy Johnson is being charged at this time.
