Hurricane Michael takes aim at Florida Panhandle

Hurricane Michael could bring coastal storm surges of up to 12 feet along the Florida Panhandle. Residents of at least eight Florida counties must evacuate Tuesday. Omar Villafranca reports from Panama City Beach.
