Health care a top issue for Florida voters in midterms

One week before the midterm elections, the CBS News Battleground Tracker shows Democrats have the advantage as they try to take control of the House. In Florida, where there are a number of key races, health care is the major issue. CBS News chief congressional correspondent Nancy Cordes reports.
